How does it work?

We work directly with our designers so we can offer our clients customized or completely custom wedding gowns. During your bridal appointment we will have you try on different styles of gowns and we will be able to show you all the different customizations possible. You can do things like switch tops and bottoms, change necklines, change laces or fabrics, create a low back, add straps or sleeves…. Depending on the designer and the dress, different options are available, we will help guide you through!

How much are your wedding gowns?

The dresses range in price, typically, from $1900 – $2500, however we do have a few dresses that are lower or higher. The sky is the limit when it comes to custom dresses depending on the fabrics and complexity of the design, however custom doesn’t always mean expensive, most of our custom dresses range between $2000 and $4000.

When should I order my wedding dress?

We recommend ordering 9 to 12 months before your wedding date, if you have less time, do not worry, we can accommodate even the tightest rush order! However, 9 to 12 months gives you enough time for your dress to come in and get altered on a stress-free timeline.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Our samples are all different sizes, ranging from size 4 to 16, however most of the samples are between size 8 and 14. We are experts at pinning and clipping dresses to fit so please do not worry about sizing. Your own dress will be made for your body, there are no size restrictions!

Will I require alterations?

Alterations are a normal part of the wedding gown process, there is no way to know whether or not you will require any. Depending on the designer you decide on, you may require less alterations. Alterations are always included on in-house custom gowns.

I have ordered my dress, when should I expect it to arrive?

Each Designer has their own processing time, we will have discussed this with you when you ordered your dress. When your dress arrives at the shop, it will be checked over for quality and you will be contacted by email as soon as possible. Please do not contact us for status updates on your order unless you feel the processing time has lapsed. If your dress was a rush order, then you can expect that it will arrive closer to your wedding date than usual.

How much are your evening gowns?

We carry 3 collections of gowns that have fewer customization options that range from $180 – $350. We can also create custom gowns in any colour or fabric, prices start at $2000.

When should I order my bridesmaids dresses?

We recommend ordering 5 to 9 months before your wedding date, if you have less time, do not worry, we can accommodate many rush orders! However, 5 to 9 months gives you enough time for your dresses to come in and get altered on a stress-free timeline.

I have many bridesmaids, can you accommodate large groups? 

If you have more than 4 bridesmaids, please book 2 bridesmaids appointments for the same hour. Which will guarantee you 2 change rooms!


When should I start my alterations?

We recommend emailing us to book your first fitting 12 weeks before your wedding in order to start your alterations about 8 weeks before your wedding.

What is the cost of alterations?

There is no way to estimate the cost of alterations over the phone or via email. Please book a “Styling Consultation” through our online booking system to come in for a free, no pressure quote.

Some common alteration costs are:

Hem: $150 – 250

Take in/out sides of bodice or hips: $150 – 250

Add cups: $40

How does the alterations process work?

We recommend contacting us by email approximately 12 weeks before your wedding to schedule your first alterations fitting. We like to start fittings 8 weeks before the wedding. At your first fitting we will provide a free quote for the work to be done.

Pinning: You will try on your dress with your wedding shoes and undergarments, we will recommend alterations as well as listen to you to understand changes that you want made. We will pin your dress so that the alterations can be done at a later time. At the end of the appointment we will review the work and the quote with you and book your next appointment. You will have the option to pay the estimate in full or pay a 50% deposit.

Additional Fittings: Up to 3 additional visits may be required depending on the work being done. Sometimes we prefer to do the work in stages to be sure that everything is perfect. We will book your next appointment at the end of each fitting and you will have the option to pay part or all of the remaining balance.

What do I do if I have a concern about my alterations?

Communication during your fittings is of the utmost importance, please share your concern with us during your fittings. We are here to help you and we want your dress to be as perfect as you do. If you have already taken your dress home, please contact us and we will be happy to look over the dress with you again and continue the work, if needed.

What is the cost of the quote and fittings?

Free! There is no cost to receive a quote and your fittings are included in the price of your alterations.
